YES4Youth is a non-profit organisation from Youth Employment Service (YES) South Africa that works to address the country's youth unemployment crisis while working with corporates to support their Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE). They do this by partnering with businesses to create quality work experiences for unemployed young people.

To date, YES4Youth has created over 120,000 work experiences for young people, operating for over four years independent of government funding. Work experiences last 12 months and involve core employment skills as well as technical and entrepreneurial experience..

YES4Youth is making a significant impact in the fight against youth unemployment in South Africa. They are helping to create jobs, provide training, and support young entrepreneurs. They are also working to change the mindset of young people and employers about the value of youth employment.
