Open air markets in Johannesburg are lucky to have the inventive coconut offering from Tigele Dube. The weekday barista is a regular at the field market in Johannesburg's Parkmore, Sandton and other pop-up markets that happen around city on a month to month basis.
Coconuts are imported from Mozambique, sourced via a local distributor. My current signature cocktail is the traditional Piña Colada - a South American inspiration.
