Skills you'll develop
- Equipment Maintenance: Stripping, preparing, setting and changing rolls.
- QA & Packaging: Gather finished product from machines and box, bag or package as required. Check the condition and quality of the finished product and remove any that do not meet AJM quality standards.
- Stacking: Secure cases to prevent shifting or moving by stacking them in an orderly manner.
- Numeracy: Ability to make accurate, mental calculations using numbers in a time-pressured environment. Includes multiplication, addition, division and subtraction.
Pay & Shifts
$15-18 per hour to start, 1st review and raise of up to $1 at 90 days
- 1st 7:00am- 3:30pm
- 2nd 3:30pm - 11:30pm
- 3rd 11:30pm -7:00am
