Commenting on the UK Government’s plans to move public sector jobs to Wolverhampton, Paul Swinney from economic think tank Centre for Cities indicates the limitations. The BBC’s move to Salford, DVLA to Swansea and Germany’s model for employment of public sector employees are mentioned.
