Skills you'll develop

  • Customer Service: Delivering a friendly and professional service to ensure customers are acknowledged, informed and satisfied. Also receiving feedback in a visible way to make the customer feel heard.
  • Oral Communication: Being able to communicate clearly in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Being able to work within a group to achieve the maximum outcome for all, while meet your personal responsibilities within your role.
  • Advanced Strength: Ability to manually lift and move up to 65lbs / 30kg repeatedly, and manually push up to 100lbs / 45kgs with assistance from another employee.
  • Power Equipment: Safely and skilfully use high pressure sprayers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws and chainsaws.
  • Time Management: The ability to prioritize an assortment of tasks based on available time to maximize completion.
