Founded in 1962 by Sam Walton, Walmart began as a small discount store in Rogers, Arkansas. Over the decades, it rapidly expanded across the United States, including the launching of Sam's Club in 1983 to meet a growing need among customers who wanted to buy merchandise in bulk. Since then, Sam's Club has grown rapidly, opening more than 600 clubs in the U.S., employing around 110,000 associates.   • Intermediate Strength: Ability to manually lift and move up to 25lbs using safe, correct technique.
  • Movement & Mobility: Ability to use hands and fingers, kneel, crawl, stand, bend, reach, lift, climb and balance.
