Estelle Manor is a new hotel and private country located 12 miles north-west of Oxford. It is set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland. The manor house is a Grade II-listed building that dates back to the 17th century, now restored by Ennismore featuring 108 bedrooms, four restaurants, a Roman-inspired bath house, a gym, and a kids' club.

Demonstrating good Service Orientation is important for kitchen and front-of-house staff during surge times of service, reducing stress both for the team as a whole and for customers in sight of the operation.
